Technicon’s on-demand documentation tools leverage the product database to produce quote documents, drawings, and product and configuration-specific cut-sheets and equipment schedules.
Documents are output with consistent formatting to PDF files. Static documents such as terms and conditions can be intermixed with dynamically-generated documents to complete the package.
CustomCommerce supports complex pricing and discounting on quotes. An integrated worksheet interface allows sales reps to adjust line item and total pricing within set boundaries and automatically calculates commissions and overages as applicable.
Once proposals and quotes have been accepted, bills of materials are electronically submitted to your internal quote and order systems to close the sale.
